Spray
Coating. We offer coating capabilities for the
application of most solid film lubricants, organic and inorganic
spray-applied coatings. Our facilities are approved by several
major aircraft, gas turbine, and industrial equipment manufacturers.
Electrostatic
Powder Coating. Capabilities include the application
of high performance coatings, such as fluoropolymers and
thermoplastics, including Teflon®, Ryton®, Kynar®,
Halar®, nylon, epoxy, polyurethane and polyester.
Short
Run and Prototype. We can provide prototypes and
handle, promptly and cost effectively, your short-run requirements.
Engineering
Assistance. Our technical staff will be pleased to
assist you in developing a coating process specifically adapted
to finishing parts in your own facility.
